Tbf, I think he certainly has a shout for being the best Welsh player. It's between him, Giggs and Charles in my opinion. I think Giggs was more talented but Bale did far more for his country. Charles obviously from a very different era but got Wales to a WC quarter final and his exploits at Juventus were superb.

 

I agree he has a shout for that title. It's a four-way argument with the three you name and Ian Rush imo.

For my money, Charles is clear no.1. I'd have Giggs second, but wouldn't argue too much if either of the others were ranked there.
