One of the commentators on the stream i'm watching has said Spurs need to be better.

I really think Arsenal needs to stop outscoring their opponents, and City/United need to outscore their opponents more.

I think if Arsenal can keep this gap by the time they face City, and get a result, even a draw, you have to think they'll see it out.

I ran a brace of "fast" 5k this week (25m, 26m) and just went for it today.

 

I also invested in a pair of Gel Venture 8s, which are advertised as trail shoes. Thicker soles, space age Bollox, keep your feet dry etc. Definite extra grip and substance, the mud is a problem with the frost and rain.
