i would. but im not a believer in denver. even without adams and clarke i think memphis is better. and street clothes is one of the few guys who can match up with jokic.

pelicans are a dangerous team in a 1 game type situation, though.

REED Ain’t High On Denver Either, as His Subsequent Playoff Predictions Will Reflect…

But w/the EXTRA Days of Rest for Bron & AD, Winning Sooooner Than LATER is Definitely for the Best…Losing to Minnesota Means FEWER Days of Rest Between the Start of the Actual Playoffs Saturday/Sunday…

Lakers are obviously hoping davis and James have a good run in them health wise. A day or 2 rest ultimately shouldn't matter. But it appears they can win this game tonight

    Grizzlies-Lakers Won’t Start Until Sunday, 5 FULL Days from Last Night’s Play-In Game…

Like YOU, REED Would Much Rather Meet Denver than Memphis Also, But 5 Days for the Geriatric “King” and “Street Clothes” Will Certainly Matter…

    REED's NBA PLAYOFF PREDICTIONS - 1st Round

MILWAUKEE vs. MIAMI - The Heat Will TEST, the Heat Will CHALLENGE the Bucks, But they Ain't BEATING the Bucks, PeriodT!!!!..Giannis is THE Best Player in the League, Jrue Holiday was Arguably THE Best 2-Way Player in the League This Season...Brook Lopez Will Get "Defensive Player of the Year" Consideration...All Miami Has is a Played Out "Tough Guy" Culture & Very GOOD, But Not GREAT Talent...

    Bucks in 6, Max...

BOSTON vs. ATLANTA - Similar to the Bucks-Heat Series, ATL WILL Challenge Boston, But They Won't Beat Them...They CAN, Yet They WON'T....Boston's Probably as YOUNG as ATL Is, Yet They're Vastly Different in Terms of MATURITY & MENTAL FORTITUDE, Which Will Manifest in Close WINS This Series...

    Boston in 6...

PHILADELPHIA vs. BROOKLYN - The Nets are ONLY In the Playoffs on the Strength of How Well KD/Kyrire were Playing Prior to their Trades....As Currently Constructed, the Nets Should Be an Appetizer, a Warm-Up, Batting Practice for the Sixers...

    Sixers in 5....

CLEVELAND vs. NEW YORK - This Series is Contingent Upon the State of Julius Randle's Ankle...If Randle Can't Play @ the All Star/All NBA Level He's Displayed All Season, the Knicks Have NO Chance...Even w/a Healthy Randle, Donovan Mitchell is the BEST Player in the Series and the Cavs are the BETTER Defensive Team...That's a Tough Combination to Beat...

    Cavs in 7...

DENVER vs MINNESOTA - To Be Clear, REED Doesn't Trust Denver...At All...They Won't Make it to the Western Conference Finals and May Not Even Escape This Particular Series...Despite the Turmoil in the T-Wolves Locker Room, Anthony Edwards, Kat Townes and Rudy Gobert are QUITE a Trio...

    Denver in 7...

MEMPHIS vs. LOS ANGELES (LAKERS)- Potentially One of THE Best 1st Round Series of All Time...Star Power, Athleticism, Swag, Expectations, Edginess....This Series Has it ALL!!!...The Loser Will Have Officially FAILED This Season, as NEITHER of Them Saw a 1st Round Exit in Their Playoff Futures...

The Key is AD; Not Just His Health, But He Needs to SHIT On Jaren Jackson for the Lakers to Be Victorious...The AD-Jackson Matchup Determines the Series in REED's Opinion...Jackson Won't OUTPLAY AD, But He'll OFFSET AD's Production w/His Own, Making the Contributions of Ja, Bane and "Drive By" Brooks All the More Important...

    Grizzlies in 7....

SACRAMENTO vs. GOLDEN STATE - Congrats to the "Kangs" on Making the Playoffs...Ultimately, They'll Be HAPPY Just to Be There...All the Talk of Golden State's Road Woes Will VANISH This Series, Possibly as Early as Game 1...For SURE, GS Will Take One of the First 2 Games in Sac-Town, Then Take a COMMANDING Lead on their Return to the Bay...

    Warriors in 6, Possibly 5....

PHOENIX vs. LOS ANGELES (CLIPPERS) - There's Not Even a Time Table for Paul George's Return, So There Goes Any Semblance of a CHANCE for the Clippers...The Kawhi-KD Comparison Should Be Interesting & Things Could Get INTERESTING if Phoenix Starters Encounter ANY Foul Trouble, as the Clippers are Deeeeeeper...Russ will Be Inspired to Bump Heads with His Ol' Teammate, KD, But the Firepower of the Suns is Just Tooooooooooooooo Much...

    Suns in 6...

Seeing leonard and Durant matched up against each other on both ends in the 4th quarter is great to watch. Despite a good all around floor game from Westbrook with deflections on defense, offensive rebounds and some good assists, his 3 for 20 fgs is costly

Well respect to Westbrook. Had a terrible shooting night but won the game with his hustle and defensive stop in crunchtime

And 10 rebounds too. I wonder who on his team was giving those rebounds to him since he never legitimately got 10 or more rebounds in his prime, according to the haters.

Ask the man he was assigned to defensively. He leaves the man he's guarding to go in for rebounds. Ask Carmelo, he straight up said Westbrook goes in and steals rebounds.

It's funny seeing you guys celebrating this illustrious performance. 3-19 shooting? That's 15.8% and overall he was a -6. Wow amazing!

Westbrook made winning plays last night. Problem for the clippers is when teams filter their defense toward him ending up wit the rock as the shot clock is expiring. That happened several times last night but then there were other possessions where westbrook overagressive and missed early in the clock

He got some huge offensive rebounds and made crucial plays on defense when it mattered, nonetheless

I'm not a fan of what his game evolved into and I was at first someone who had high hopes for him as a bruin

That said he will easily make the hof based on his credentials, I just don't feel like he'd have ever won a ring playing the way he plays as a first or second option no matter the roster/circumstances

His athleticism is still there and he is a tremendous competitor. I imagine he's especially motivated this series for obvious reasons

He had 3 or 4 plays where he was beat off the dribble and swiped from behind to deflect it or get a steal. Risky way to play so we shall see if phx players shorten their dribble as you're coached to in that situation

Most of Those 3-4 Plays Consisted of KD, a Player Russ Knows WELL…Better Than Any Phoenix Sun Knows KD, at This Point…

Granted, Russ Has a 0% Chance of AFFECTING KD, Much Less “Guarding” Him One on One…But as an OFF BALL Defender, a Guy KD May or May Not SEE/EXPECT to Be Coming, Russ’ Familiarity w/KD Helps…

But to Your Point, Book Will SCORE More Times Than Not if Russ is Beat on the Shot he Blocked and Threw Off Book Last Night…

You can nit pick negative moments on every great player in the world. During a full game they’re all going to have a few. Same thing with early shots in the shot clock, everyone does it. It looks good when it goes in and bad when it doesn’t.

His athleticism is probably 3 or 4 clicks down from what it used to be. I’d say he still has a fair amount of athleticism but it’s not nearly at the level of his prime. If it were he wouldn’t have had the miserable time he had on the Lakers.

I actually was surprised his reach around defense was so effective. It’s usually one of the most ill advised defensive maneuvers around and it’s usually employed by guy’s who want to appear to be playing defense while not actually committing the effort. James Harden was a big practitioner of this as is Russ. Russ rarely gave effort on defense and he definitely had a habit of ball watching and/or completely leaving his man for any number of reasons. The thing is though, as a one on one defender when he actually locks on he can be very effective.

    That is straight up bullshit.

On shit teams he was getting 10-11 RPG. On deep playoff intended teams, it was in the 7 RPG range.

So no, every team he's been on has not ALLOWED him to leave his man unchecked so he could get his gimmicky triple doubles.

Do you not understand why on pretty much any well run team, the PG does not leave his man to attempt to get rebounds? It's because if they fail and the other team gets the rebound, the PG is out of position and someone will be WIDE OPEN.

Melo was on his way out and didn't give a fuck. Melo was a team mate, I think his opinion on the matter is much more valid than yours.

I don't need to post links, everyone in the NBA and media knows he does it, only you think otherwise, you should evaluate why.

What you're too stupid to understand is perhaps there wouldn't have no need for Russ bench/role player type stats if the didn't miss 85% of his shots. 16 of those shots are lost possessions. Same as a turnover. Not good. Much harder for your team to win. That's why his team was -6 while he was on the floor.

Russ sucks, his play is not conducive to winning basketball. If you haven't figured that out or the reasons why, that's a YOU problem, or maybe you're just too fucking stupid to realize it. Afterall, you're lack of intelligence has been established by yours truly.

I'm not sensitive at all. Stats are factual and throughout WB's entire career, his statistics have sucked. If you want a winning team that is. I'm not impressed by phony triple doubles and no one else is anymore either.

Dorky ass stats? The entire NBA's front offices have an analytical department. It's for a reason.

I'm waiting for your next meltdown, maybe I'm starting to trigger it, I love lighting that fuse with such ease.

So JUST Being a Playoff Team DOESN'T Count in Your Book???...Got It...
