I posted as soon as they hired him that he was the worst manager Everton had in my 19 yrs as a fan.

 

Was boys against men. Citeh look unstoppable. Wouldn't be shocked if they won treble.

 

It's just so difficult to compete against City over a season because of the depth of quality in their squad. The level of consistency required is insane, they never have a sustained blip.

 

Really had high hopes for Arsenal to pull a point out of it. Pep seems to own Arteta on the surface, but City just have so many options.

 

Is anything happening with this financial fair play thing?

Yeah agreed. Am hoping they choke in the CL like usually happens but I think in Haaland they've found that missing piece of the puzzle. They'll get the treble this year I think.

 

Yeah, Madrid is fresh off of getting a thrashing from fucking Girona. It would have to be the choke of all chokes.

I'll be rooting for whatever Italian side comes out on top in Milan v Inter.

How many goals will Haaland finish with in the Prem? I think he will get to 40. I wonder if the previous marks of 32 and 34 will become similar to the four-minute mile or the Ben Johnson 9.79 where once it is surpassed it is then surpassed consistently?

 

Yeah I'm rooting for the Milan sides too, wouldn't mind either one winning it. Real are a weird one, their La Liga form means nothing in Europe, they always turn it on in the CL. City should be favoured, and they farted it away last year, but Real are annoyingly difficult to finish off in this competition.

 

Everton is Championship bound.

Everton are really, really bad. Will desperately need three teams to be even worse than them to stay up.

Yeah I agree with you. I still have hope they Arsenal will hold on to just nick the PL but I think only City can stop themselves from winning the CL.
