Good to see that Crawford vs Spence is on the same week as Inoue vs Fulton. 2 good match ups in the same week is a huge plus.

Hopefully we’ll finally see Fury vs Usyk and Bivol vs Beterbiev announced soon.

Beterbiev is fight C. Smith. Lol. Smith was so impressive at 168 against Canelo, old Bob knew we were clamoring for this one.

Bivol is gonna try to go for the Canelo pay day. He ain’t fighting Beterbiev this year.

Inoue-Fulton and Spence-Crawford in the same week.

    HOLE E SHIT.

That was my first thought as well but then I realized Smith would arguably be Beterbiev best opponent (imo he's about the same level as The Nail or Joe Smith). Not a super compelling fight but not awful either

Ouh, I had forgotten Browne, probably a step above all of them, even though he seems on his way to waste his career

I'd like to see Beter vs. Munguia

Munguia is a good 2 divisions lower and never even fought an elite fighter. That would be completely pointless

No. The "point" would be to see Munguia get stomped. :D And for him to be the "small" guy for once after years of facing guys half his size.

I think many of us can agree that 2023 has certainly been an awesome year for boxing. I’m still shocked that we are finally getting Crawford vs Spence.

July is going to be bonkers. 4 good fights involving 2 undefeated fighters within a month.

    July 1
Jared Anderson (14-0, 14 KOs) vs Zhan Kossobutskiy (19-0, 18 KOs)

    July 8
Vergil Ortiz Jr (19-0, 19 KOs) vs Eimantos Stanionis (14-0, 9 KOs)

    July 25
Stephen Fulton (21-0, 8 KOs) vs Naoya Inoue (24-0, 21 KOs)

    July 29
Terence Crawford (39-0, 30 KOs) vs Errol Spence Jr (28-0, 22 KOs)

    Can Zhan win ?

I know nothing about Zhan, but he's a huge underdog on paper. I also don't give much of a chance to Stan and Fulton in their respective fights. Should still be fun though.

This fight is getting MAJOR mainstream attention, and we're still two months out. Honestly, it's the most anticipated SPORTING EVENT I've heard of lately, nevermind just boxing. Annnnd it's taking place in the middle of summer, where it won't be competing with the NFL and NBA.

Previously, I thought Spence-Bud would do about 600-700k PPV buys, but based on the buzz, I've sold it very short.

I think its gonna outsell Tank-Garcia.

I'm predicting 1.3 mil in PPV buys.

It’s a fight that at least warrants PPV.

Could we finally see Crawford in a tough fight against Spence or do you see him pulling off another masterclass performance?

  22. Xplosive

    Xplosive X-MOD Bad Motherfucker

It's gonna be a tough fight. But like many of us have said for awhile - Bud has that Leonard-like quality of being able to shift into a 2nd gear. Spence only has 1 gear. Obviously, I'm not saying Bud is as good as Leonard, but you get my point.

Spence seems to have a built in excuse based on his inactivity and it may well be a factor but I do hope there's no Theodore atlas silent agreement for a sparring match leading to a rematch

I’m back and forth on it, but I think it’s gonna be a tough fight. I reckon Bud pulls off a close decision with the cleaner punches and Spence keeps it close with his consistent round by round work rate.

Not expecting any significant trash talk here. One, everyone knows that Spence and Bud don't dislike eachother. They're pretty cool with one another. And two, they don't need it. This one sells itself.
