How does Mosley deal with a tough, hardened fighter like Carlos Palomino who was also a deadly body puncher? Would it be a repeat of the Margarito fight or does Palomino give Mosley a thrashing?

Nowhere near as one sided as Mosley-Margarito. Palomino was a better fighter than Marg. However, Shane's too fast and dynamic for Pal. Pal would have his moments, and win rounds, but Mosley in the end takes a clear decision.

Was Palomino really better than Marg? Not so sure, and he doesnt have a scalp as good as cotto (dont say Stracey).
But he sure wasnt as slow and face first as Marg, which was what made Mosley look so incredible. Still, it's hard to see a scenario where he wins that fight

I meant he was a more skilled operator than Marg. He doesn't have a scalp as good as Cotto, but i would pick Pal over Cotto, ESPECIALLY if its a 15-rounder.

Pretty much this. Would be a good scrap but not one where the outcome is in doubt.

I’d take Mosley via clear decision. Would be a tough fight, though.
