Shakur is a horrible match up for Tank. Absolutely horrible. But the Tank fans (whom are mostly casuals) think he KOs him easy. I wish this fight would happen but I doubt it.
I like Shakur, but I'm sick and tired of boxers proposing the ole "put up your whole purse!" BS. It will never, even happen, nor should it. I'm not worried about Stevenson vs Haney. It WILL happen if both guys continue winning. Do I think it's the most appealing matchup at 135-140? No. I wanna see Shakur beat Loma, then I wanna see Stevenson vs Fimo at 140. Now THATS a compelling matchup. Fuck Haney.
Haney embodies literally everything wrong with boxing. He was given a bullshit title via email years ago and used it to claim for years that Lomachenko was ducking him despite at the time, having literally never fought a contender. He stunk up the joint as soon as he faced any form of resistance against an ancient Linares; then stunk up the joint again against an ancient Gamboa. He continued beating the drum of "I'm the best, I'm the best, everyone's ducking me" despite having about sixteen fans and all of them were apart of the LDBC. He then looked extremely average against JoJo freakin Diaz before claiming himself P4P number one after beating Kamobosos. And while sure, Kamobosos beat Teofimo fair and square - if Teofimo treated Kamobosos like he did Taylor or Loma, George wouldn't have seen six. And now, he claims he's the best fighter in the world because he BARELY beat an aging Lomachenko who is well above his best weight. He has no power, a poor chin, is extremely boring and a stinking attitude about it. The entitlement and infatuation with being undefeated and holding as many titles as humanly possible is the Mayweather effect in action. And the best part is, is I'm pretty sure he's literally never even been the same size as his opponent yet. Fuck Haney. Put him in with a puncher his own size and it's curtains.
Exactly he's not a puncher. I can see Stevenson winning on points. Or I can see him try that cute twinkle toes shit on Tank and get Ktfo.
If Rolly 14 fights late start in boxing can win rounds vs Tank, Shakur takes a 11-1 type win vs Tank. While Tank "downloads" Shakur and loses the early rounds, it would be Shakur doing the better "downloading" and waiting for Tank to start lunging in and countering the shit out of Tank.
