It's not one sided and Kostya takes his pound of flesh but I think Taylor edges him by decision. I think Taylor's hand and foot speed would really bother Tszyu and Kostya would face some of the same issues as McGirt, Davis and others did when trying to time him in exchanges.
Close fight, but Taylor is a bit too active and fast for Tszyu. Hed get rocked a few times, but he was tough enough to withstand these moements
I saw the same topic on another forum a while back and for some reason the younglings that didn't actually see Taylor in his prime had the mistaken idea that he was chinny. It's funny to see folks with the ability to actually watch his fights refuse to do so. Those folks also argued that Terry Norris only had average speed and power and wasn't that much bigger than Meldrick.
oh god...... While I think Norris deserves a bit more credit for completely destroying Mel, this is a horrible take
Exactly. You could make arguments for some of those things but it's clear they don't really no much when context is taken out of the equation.
You know the only the fights they watched would be parts of the Chavez fights, Norris, etc. The thing is if someone wants to make a reasoned case for Tszyu I could see it but he wouldn't be able to do what Terry Norris did to Taylor at 154.
