Ryan really desperate in trying to convince himself that he’s got a shot against Haney by putting this out. I guess it gives him a little comfort that the guy that KO’d him was laying hands on Haney in sparring. Must admit though, Tank really got the better of Haney in this clip.

I have three thoughts after watching this: 1. I do find the video amusing, because of how much Dev and his daddy run their mouths. I fuckin hate all these guys (Tank, Dev, and Ryan) so even if Ryan pulls the unlikely upset, I'll laugh. 2. It changes nothing about Ryan's fate. He's still gonna get a beating on April 20, barring him landing an unlikely bomb. 3. Tank has accomplished more in the gym than he has in the actual ring. If that clown makes the Hall of Fame, they'll have to justify it by saying: "With sparring session wins over Devin Haney and Teofimo Lopez," because he's shown no interest in fighting them under the bright lights.
Like I said, I'm laughing because I have no love for the Haney's. They yap their gums too goddamn much. I just also find it amusing that Tank is only an all time great in the gym. Why won't his chubby ass fight these guys for real?
You falsely seem to think that willingness is all it takes. Regis didn't have the footwork or the footspeed to close the gap on Haney (which I said pre-fight). Doesn't have the skills in general to do it. Add that to the fact that Regis is slower now than he was 5-6 years ago. But even in his physical prime, it's not like he was Tyson in terms of closing the distance. Regis didn't lose because he was scared to sell out. He lost because he doesn't have the ability.
Tank objectively has more ability than Regis. He's a lot more athletic and fast-twitchy. No one questions that Davis is very talented. We question his willingness to fight the best.
Tank is still a fucking pussy. Him beating up a 16 year old underdeveloped Haney doesn’t prove shit to me. Paul Spadafora once got the better of Floyd in sparring but I sure as hell wouldn’t take him over Floyd in a fight. This is so corny coming from Ryan. You think he’d be more worried about the actual fight versus how Haney did in sparring vs the guy who made him quit last year.
