That's a nice crisp shot. If only he started boxing young he could have been something.

I have no faith in AJ. I know so many people are saying that he should crush Ngannou, but I dont trust him. He's a fragile dope and a choke artist.

I give Francis a very good chance next week.

That much I certainly agree with. If Francis had been dedicated to just boxing from an early stage, we'd potentially be looking at a dominant heavyweight. He's obviously better suited for our sport than MMA.

Not just that, he's easier to hit clean than Fury. I think i might even favor Ngannou.

Do you think a good strategy for Francis would be to punch AJ really hard in the head and/or body?

If Francis is one thing it's tough. Both physically and mentally. So he very well could outlast AJ

That might be all it takes.

I want Francis to win. And I know what it means if he does win; MMA fans will clown boxing. But I don't care. This current trio of Fury, AJ, Wilder are all bums and I'm all for them losing.

Plus Francis is actually a nice guy by all accounts and can't say the same for the other 3.

Also, the UK sports media will have a stroke. All the more reason to wanna see Francis win.

Per sources, the Israil Madrimov-Magomed Kurbanov bout for the vacant WBA 154 title slated for the #JoshuaNgannou PPV on Friday in Riyadh is off. Madrimov has been ruled out due to an issue with a pre-fight medical scan conducted by the BBBofC, regulator of the event.

I was about to ask if this is for the titles but just remembered AJ's bum ass lost those to a cruiserweight Ukrainian refugee.

He'll stay out of the way and land enough to peck Ngannou down to size.

Remains to be seen whether Ngannou can take a good clean shot from a decent puncher too. Fury is not a heavy hitter at all despite his recent attempts to label himself as one and he never landed anything of consequence anyway due to being an arrogant, deluded, untrained, sloppy bum.

Fury is a poor offensive fighter but he does not "lack power"......save in the sense that he should hit harder for a man of his size.

To the best of my knowledge he's the only guy to put Wilder down unless Wilder was dropped by the Kiwi Fraud himself.

Francis really seems to be a nice guy.

    Always smiling.

That is why I jumped on his bandwagon.

And his story is amazing. The way he travelled thousands of miles to reach Europe from Cameroun.

    AJ comes over as phoney.

Ngannou was able to win a championship in MMA primarily using boxing, and was a longtime sparring partner of Carlos Takam before he even started fighting in MMA. Even before Ngannou ever tried professional boxing guys like Takam and Joe Joyce who has sparred with him reckoned his as a top ten level heavyweight.

He is also juiced to the gills and this is somehow ignored as if it doesn't matter.

Rewatch Fury/Ngannou. In the first round and a half Fury landed some big power punches that didn't even dent Ngannou, and it seems he had no plan B.

    Alot of people missed this.

Ngannou definitely has a chance to beat Joshua and it isn't a negligible one. But I've never thought Fury could punch, I'd be very surprised if AJ couldn't dent Ngannou with the same shots.

Reed you have a very soothing voice. Have you ever thought of doing audio books for kids?

I said he's not a heavy hitter, not that he "lacks power" - slight difference. Chris Byrd lacked power. My point is that the sloppy, quickly gassed, untrained and
unmotivated Fury who Ngannou faced, tells me nothing about Ngannou's ability to handle a good shot from a motivated heavyweight boxer.

I can't stand Joshua, not rooting for him at all. Just wouldn't be surprised to see Ngannou fall flat on his face like he was supposed to do with Fury the last time around.
