I've got Joshua.

 

2 HW fights coming up this Friday in Saudi Srabia. Who do you guys have winning in both fights?

Can AJ beat Ngannou much more convincingly than Fury or does Francis pull off another scare for boxing? Does Parker outbox Zhang silly or does Big Bang knock out Parker at some point in the fight?

 

I think Fury got an unwarranted pass from the fight with Francis. Yeah, he probably didn't train much and yeah he's an unreliable cokehead and yeah he's a nutbox...but I thought then, and still do think, that it does Francis a disservice.

I'd never seen a single second of his fights (can't stand MMA) so had no preconceived idea of how he would look, but I presumed he'd be hopeless like all the other MMA-ist who've come to boxing for a payday. But he didn't. At all. He moved like a boxer, with good footwork. His fundamentals were pretty solid. And he had fast hands. Like genuinely fast - every time Fury tried to throw a bit shot, he was able to land his own counter shot in the pocket quicker. That's what fucked Fury over. He was at a noticeable hand speed disadvantage for the first time in a long while and he was completely bamboozled by it.

Now, all of that COULD simply be because Fury took liberties in not preparing. Or, alternatively, it could be that Ngannou is actually good, willing to trade in the pocket with sound skills and fast hands.

If it is the former, Joshua probably wins handily enough. If it is the latter, Joshua is in deep, deep shit, because he's always in deep, deep shit wherever someone has far hands and hits him back. The likeliest outcome is that Joshua wins, but Ngannou appears to me a very live dog, and if he did win, and win by KO, I honestly wouldn't be very surprised.
