I would disagree. Flesh of My Flesh (his second album) was solid, but not legendary.

He never duplicated his debut album, but what a debut album it was.

 

X's verse on "N**gaz Done Started Somethin" to me is one of the best verses ever. He was quite a lyrical talent when he was on. Not overrated at all.
