Sounds daft but the wind was gale force east to west & I said before the game it was gonna really help us in the first half, which I think it did. We could have went in 4-0, we were bumming them. Underrated factor in the momentum of games, wind of that strength...its like playing on a hill

I think City might have Real's number in the same way Real seem to have Liverpool's. It'll definitely be closer than last season though. I think it'll be a draw tonight, with City winning the home leg.

On paper Arsenal should be beating this current Bayern side (especially as they're basically Spurs now ), but I do wonder about the history and status getting to them a bit. It definitely can happen. I think Arsenal will sneak it tonight, but I'm not sure about the second leg.

 

The krauts have got to be fuming that Kane brought Spurs curse over to Germany.

Not mentioned yet, but Pulisic has been Milan's best player this year and Milan will finish 2nd in Serie A. The guy is actually a much better player than I gave him credit for.

Kane is totally cursed, it's not like he's been playing bad either, he's on the verge of a record-breaking season, but he just cannot win a trophy

Something tells me if Kane had gone to City, he would have broken the goalscoring record, City would have been 15 points clear with one game left to win the Premier League, and then they get hit with all the points deductions for FFP and end up relegated. He just doesn't do trophies.

 

Damn, I didn't know until now that UEFA banned Bayern fans from attending today. On paper, everything really is in Arsenal's favor...

 

I've watched Bayern all year. We joke on Kane, but I really can't fault the guy. He's been a fuckin monster all year. The squad itself just isn't as good as year's past. Then you combine that with Leverkusen having what is probably just an outlier season.

If Bayern don't win Bundesliga NEXT YEAR, then yeah, Kane might damn well be cursed.

With Kane's luck, fuckin Werder Bremen will win Germany next year.

 

Also on paper Villa should be favored to win the Conference League, but I'm gonna go with Fenerbache to win Conference.
