Single best one punch KO in history

I don't like that one at all because I had bet on Drayton. I was very young and still bought into the Philly fighter story.

 

I do like this one because I called the punch and the time of the round, though I thought it was going to happen a round sooner.

 

My pick may go to Marciano-Walcott.

 

It's between two shots, Ray Robinson Vs Fullmer and Marciano Vs Walcott. I give it to Robinson because he :-

*Wasn't a natural MW and his opponent was. Rocky was a smallish heavy but he was a heavy.

* Ko'd a fresher opponent....Walcott had been stopped before a couple times I think. I don't think Fullmer had been stopped at that stage.

*Genuinely landed 1 shot only. Walcott was probably out but Marciano landed a cuffing left a split second after.

Not the single best but I feel it deserves a mention for how dramatic it was : Marquez Pacquiao 4.

 

I think the television angle kind of ruined it, I was wondering wtf just happened for a moment.

 

This one rarely gets mentioned: Monzon-Benvenuti 1. Monzon took Nino out with a wicked right cross.

 

Amazing! I saw that punch on Secondsout years ago and haven’t managed to find it since.
It’s as beautiful now as it was the first time I saw it.

Jose Becerra vs Alphonse Halimi II is one of the best left hook KOs of all time imo. I've posted it before. It's still on YouTube for whoever wants to watch. Worth seeing. Great action fight. Great ending. Becerra was an extremely underrated bantamweight champion.
