I am pretty sure one if JCC's opponents was named Angel Hernandez. Solid Puerto Rican guy but untested at top level. It was maybe a year before JCC fought Camacho.

I was a little worried because the guy was young and I think he was unbeaten. And Chavez had slowed down just a bit. But once the fight started, Julio just walked him down, peppered him with body shots and lead rights. He got him out of there around the 5th round or so.

 

That was on the same card as when Chapo Rosario got blitzed in one round by a Japanese fighter.
