Only when go to the pub and drink alcohol. But I tried vaping for a week and noticed breathing changes, so I stopped. I know a few people who told me they had to quit vaping because of troubles with breathing too. But hopefully you don't experience any problems.

 

Been absolutely fine for me so far, and is still quite clearly vastly better for your health than cigarettes.

I've vaped for over ten years and, considering I'm 43, I'm as fit as a lop. Still knocking out 10k runs, three times a week, faster then blokes fifteen years younger than me.

I'm actually still surprised anyone who is in the least bit health conscious has anything bad to say against Vapes.

 

There's always outliers. You might be one. It happens.

I have one cigarette and I'm short of puff.

Everyone is different. But I'd give it a miss anyways even if it was only because of the cost of this shit. £6 is the cheapest I see for anything half-palatable.

 

There's a load of negative bullshit around them which had no real scientific basis to it. Mostly fluff pieces about 'popcorn lung' (two or three daft cunts in America bought fluid off dodgy Danny and won silly prizes) and bairns buying them illegally instead of getting hooked on Lambert's like we all did when we were kids.

It's claimed that there is no scientific evidence of medium term impact, but I'll happily offer myself as a test case. Fifteen years ago I smoked 30 a day and was a fat, wheezy, mess. Could barely walk up a hill without heaving my lungs up. I vape like a trooper now and am absolutely as fit as a fiddle.

I honestly believe that they'll look back in 40 years and call vapes the greatest medical intervention of our lifetime. There is absolutely no reason to smoke any more, at all.

When I vape, my ears get very hot, because of blood vessel constriction. I find myself getting into bed and vaping myself to sleep. I reach for the vape first thing. I found them very very addictive. Figuratively and chemically.

There has to be SOME downside. I've heard of a thing called popcorn lung.

 

I don't know a single person who vapes regularly who isn't significantly better off, health wise, than when they smoked or as compared to anyone I know who still smokes. It's about as harmful as eating bacon and significantly less harmful than drinking booze, standing at a bus-stop eating NO2, eating ultra-high processed foods and about a hundred other things people do happily every single day.

Yep it could happen. Follow the science, see how long it takes Phillip Morris and his money to get in your way. Somebody wants this shit banned. I do wonder why. After COVID I don't trust these cunts.

 

Three tubes in the US bought fluid from some dodgy twat and it had loads of bad chemicals in it. They got 'popcorn lung'. There are absolutely no cases in the UK related to vaping where people buy things from actual shops. Not one.

Oh I agree. It's relatively healthy. That doesn't mean it's the best thing to be doing. It's vastly superior to fags. 2 cigarettes a day for me and I notice a real dip in high-end breathing if you follow.
