Knicks gave up a first rounder, divincenzo and randles expiring contract for towns

Too bad for the gringo who seemingly had found a home but he's locked into a very team friendly deal and ny needs a center to replace hartenstein.

I predict Minnesota deals randle. They have buyers remorse on givin soft ass towns that money

Dramatic opener to the wnba finals. This Stewart dyke not only choked the go ahead free throw at the end of regulation but then blew a layup that woulda tied the game at the end of overtime

Sabrina ionescu made some big shots there at the end to defeat the twin city dykes. Wasn't that impressed with what I saw from her last year but she's been improved this season

What a terrible display of hoops down the stretch and in OT by both squads. Stewart choked again and ionescu was 1 for 19!

Ugly ugly game, liberty were bailed out

Mavericks have a deep squad. They added Thompson which everyone points to, but grimes, dinwiddie and especially naji Marshall give them excellent depth. Marshall is actually an upgrade as an overall player from derrick Jones Jr who i expected them to miss defensively

5-1 without doncic and if Irving didn't miss a free throw at the end they probably beat the heat as well.

They play much faster without luka and get more transition buckets. Washington and Marshall get more opportunities to create

Apparently the Lakers were right to draft Bronny James and pay him the contract they did. He may not earn that money on the court but as the Lakers true mascot his popularity makes the Lakers money through ticket and jersey sales.

Bronny has broken the record for rookie jersey sales with 500,000 sold at 100 dollars a pop which has made the Lakers over 50 million dollars.

So apparently the ship has already sailed on people calling out LBJ for forcing that move on the Lakers as it has already paid off financially for the franchise.

    Just thought of something:

For the continuation rule regarding fouls where the player gets an additional free throw if he makes the shot. Wouldn't it be more fair if the player only got one free throw even if they miss the shot on continuation? As opposed to getting an unfair gift of 2 free throws if he misses?

If a foul causes a player who is shooting to miss you think he should only get 1 free throw? That would lead to a whole lot more fouling. How bout on a 3 pointer?

No I'm talking continuation only where he's fouled but still in the act of shooting or going to the bucket right after the foul has been committed. I'm not talking about a typical shooting foul where say a guy is going to the bucket but someone grabs his arm and makes him miss. That kind of foul obviously deserves 2 shots.
