Peak-for-peak I think Vardy was better, and I still stand by that. Only about a 2 year overlap at their best to be fair to them both, but I do think Vardy in that time would have been the one I'd fear more as a defender.

Of course very subjective and i guess it might be more about the individual effort but my favorite was # 10.

It would be hilarious if Citeh sacked Pep. It won't happen, but just imagine.

Lopetegui will be next to be sacked. Just not working out for him at West Ham.

West Ham had 30 attempts last night. Hit the post.

I can see lopetegui going and West Ham absolutely destroy their opponents in the very next game.

He's one of the few managers with relative job security. If he ever got sacked it would likely have more to do with something behind the scenes than poor results.

Liverpool aren't going to win every match till the end of the season. Was a great watch.

The biggest surprise was them conceding 3 goals, you'd have gotten long odds on that

Only counterpoint to that might be that vardy is so tailor made for counter attacking football, how does he do in a more possession dominant side?

That is a fair point tbh. I think it is cool he showed loyalty and turned down Arsenal to stay at Leicester, you don't see it often these days. However, it would have been interesting to see him play there, for the very reason you pointed out.

Everton couldn't stomach being blown away twice in one day

Seriously....there were hurricane-force winds today on the Atlantic and Irish Sea coasts....inland it wasn't so bad which is why United were free to get the shit kicked out of them by Forest.

Perhaps. Same people who decided that an experimental mRNA vaccine was safe also decided it was too windy to play with a sphere full of .....air.

There. There you have it, gentlemen.

    Watching man United today
......such a fucking childish man boy outfit.

Hojland scored a tap-in equaliser....runs up to the crowd, does the " thumbs down" throat-cut sign, something he must have seen in the new gladiator movie. Knob .

Then, after United spend the next hour getting roasted and are 3-1 down, Fernandes pulls one back and acts like he's just scored the winning goal in the dying minutes of the World Cup Final.....

They should have been booed off.

£600m of "talent" run-ragged by a decent honest but unspectacular Forest side.

I think Tottenham should simply be broken up, sold for scrap. Just used for landfill, submerged, given over to natural reclamation, razed, used as a squat for Syrians ,all of it.

As good a position as Celtic could hope to be in. I feel like there's two counteracting trends with us: we're improving as a unit in europe in terms of tactics & game management but personell wise we're no stronger than two years ago which is just frustrating. We sell Matt O'Riley, buy Engles end up playing Bernardo. Still plodding along with Greg Taylor at left back who we've gone into about eight transfer windows hoping to upgrade. We had 70% possession last night and created very little; when Rodgers is looking for a spark off the bench he falls back on a 34 year old James Forrest (who im still a big fan of, but you get the point).

Liverpool somehow are top. Probably didn't deserve all 3 points last night. Inter lost so we're way out in front. Could be embarrassing.
