This should be interesting while it lasts. Nakatani has been impressive so far and I expect this for him to get the job done.

Would like to see Nakatani against Bam, Chocolatito, or Martinez at some point in the future.

Nakatani is a great talent and I can see him remaining dominant for awhile. Him against Naoya Inoue in the future would be a huge fight for Japan.

Also just last weekend a Filipino fighter Pedro Taduran had just dethroned a Japanese world champion Ginjiro Shigeoka in Japan. Philippines now has two world champs currently.

 

Filipino Eumir Marcial who is 5-0 as a pro and won a medal in 2020 just lost in the first round to a 19 year old kid from UzBeckyStan
