No one should have been surprised. The man has never gone out on his shield when taking a beating. I said two days ago the only bitch between the two is Canelo. He's a form of a front runner.
It looked to me by the 7th round Canelo had resigned himself to a loss. He didn’t completely pack it in, but you could FEEL that he knew by then that he couldn’t beat Bud. One of the best master classes of boxing I’ve ever seen.
I said it a while ago Akbar is overpaying these clowns, he isn’t saving boxing. He’s making a few boxer super rich…a few good fights have been made but the good times won’t last. n now that Dana White is in the picture…I think they want to kill off the competition n make a ufc type league for boxing…n have the next generation of Crawford, Mayweather, Pac making $800k for a super fight…while the owner(Dana by that time) will profit $100 mil from the event… I don’t get why Saudi Arabia is spending all this money on boxing, wwe, entertainment just to improve their reputation. In the west n east they will always be savages without rivers…with oil ton of oil money.
They want to be on the map for entertainment. but I'm wondering if anyone could live up to that kind of money. Did canelo put in that deep, hurting work for this knowing he had that paycheck ?
Yup. It's like a really rich kid throwing big parties so everyone comes and talks about him at school the next day.

This is only the main event. The full show number average will be much lower and come out tomorrow, because that includes the entire card. The U.S. number is much lower than expected, believed to be much lower than Tyson vs. Paul but we don't have a comparison because they only claimed 38 million peak U.S. and 65 million peak world, not average for the entire fight."
