Apparently we produced 4.5xg last night? It felt like watching a chimp trying to open a fastened lunch box though. Johnny Kenny upfront man...I'm a decent judge of celtic players and that boy would struggle in the English 3rd tier. We've basically no right winger either - playing a bargain bin swedish frank lampard on RW in a 4-3-3 based on width if you can picture it. When a 34 year old james forrest comes on for his wheezing cameos its a huge upgrade. Ah man I'm getting myself pissed off again:Jest:

Everton have two assist machines in Grealish and Ndiaye. Both can set it up on a platter constantly. Trouble is, Moyes can rotate Beto & Barry in up top all he wants. Neither can score and they've both missed several tap ins each this season.

Every week Moyes has to decide which one will suck less this week. Only to change them out at halftime again because his 50/50 guess went south.

Word is Everton are going to try to get Richarlison back in January. He's still loved here by the fans. Always gave it his all on some shitty teams we had.

Man U hadn't won back to back PL matches since Ruben had been there. Now they've won three straight and four straight at home. After they beat LFC last week, I was thinking if they can beat Brighton they're in a position to make a run. They had such a shitty start to the season and now they're in a good position.

Bastards need the confidence knocked out of them.

Carragher made a good point last week. Slot saw Liverpool go behind a lot last year and be forced to rescue the game late on. So he figured more goals is the way to do it. 3 strikers brought in.

Net result....still conceding, not scoring .

Brentford are fucking annoying. In a pub in Bush with other R's fans coming off a loss to Derby...fuck's sake.

If you live around Hindus (in London that's a hard YES) it was because of Diwali. Fireworks were going off in my neighborhood that weekend and we might have ten Hindus in Northeast Bakersfield.

Man, I know they had the result in midweek, but fuck, in the Prem Liverpool have fallen off a fuckin cliff.

As with most things related to top level football, I don't think it is anywhere near as bad as being made out. I just think Liverpool's transitional season has come a year later than expected.

It's 4 losses by a single goal, 3 of them in the 88th, 95th,97th minutes..

I think this season should have been last season and last season should have been this, if you follow..

    Picture is supposedly from 1982.

Anyone know why it's (possibly) fake?

Ultimately he's got Johnny Kenny upfront and having to play a centre midfielder who can't beat a man on the right. Donovan, Murray, Scales are 3 of your back 4.

Pressures gonna mount on Brendan but the board want nothing more than to sack him & replace him with some nodding handpuppet like Maloney. Keep that big plank of wood Kennedy whos got a lifetime contract, natch

Dermot Desmond seemed unusually keen to get his retaliation in first, the shitbird rarely makes any public statements

Rodgers is a spoofer. Desmond is a spiv. I'll go with a spoofer over a spiv anyday.

A decent bit of Celtic kremlinology, it turns out.

Im disappointed Martin O'neil would sully his brand here by lending it to this

    Sack the board

I've come away with an softened view of Rodgers sincerity visa vis celtic. First press conference at Leicester he says its his aspiration to go back and manage celtic - i certainly didnt believe that then but apparently sincere. His first press conference back he says, pointedly, he's come back b/c he thinks recruitment processes had improved which was the big issue before. Unfortunately he was very wrong.

If you can't find or produce any good footballers your football team is fucked, bottom line. Come and be Desmond's deckchair shuffler in chief as we sink into the inky depths of irrelevance! Ange? Knutsen? Marco Rose? Robbie Keane? You'd have to be fucking nuts.

    1. I never thought Rodgers would walk .

    2. I did t think he'd be fired..

    3. I didn't think Desmond would open his maw

    4. Can't believe O'Neill got involved. Best thing everyone could have done was just stay away.
