No, he can lose and lose badly at that considering he'd most likely get a major concussion and/or lose a lot of his mainstream appeal. Sure for dudes like us we would jump at the opportunity to get 50M$ in exchange of being viciously koed but Paul can make a fortune facing smaller shot fighters. Hell he'd probably make more facing Pac than AJ and that's a fight he's a big favorite to win. No way it happens

 

Only reason this fight happens is Paul wants to cash out if he realizes his gimmick is running thin (maybe the Davis projected sales were that bad). In that case do not expect a serious effort from him. You don't go from fighting 60 y.o. smaller Mike Tyson to a near prime AJ (I feel awful not only putting the 2 in the same sentence but putting AJ above Tyson, but it is what it is) if you're realistically trying to win.

 

AJ must only care about money at this stage, because he's setting up his legacy to go down the shitter. Anything less than a total annihilation and AJ will be bashed by fans forever.
