    REED's Literally Been Driving Since He was 12 Years Old...Major Cities, Cross Country, Rural, etc...It Would Take Some REMOTE, Mountainside Ass Road w/No Barricades to Overly Concern Him...

    Granted, REED's Never Driven OUTSIDE of North America, But Hitting a Stationary Vehicle In ANY Part of the World Seems Negligent on Behalf of the Driver...Especially Hitting it Hard Enough to KILL Your Fellow Passengers...

    As SHITTY As it Is to Fingerpoint @ a Time Like This, it All SEEMS Soooo Easily Avoidable On the Surface???...

    Yep. Even if you drove to a highway, parked you car anywhere along the way (even right in the middle of a road) it would still be the driver's fault that they hit it.

    Obviously it would be massive dick move and if the person did it deliberately they would be help accountable, but the driver should not have hit a stationary object regardless.
