How yo feel bout Matias being allowed to fight despite pissing dirty, double? I guess he only had a small amount of illegal steroids in his urine, an allowable level!
Starting the year off with Matias vs Smith this Saturday. Matias is a guy that always gives an entertaining show. Dalton Smith is a decent fighter but I’m curious how he’ll respond to the constant swarming attack of Matias.
I gotta give it to Doub. Dude is committed. I'm not even being sarcastic, I admire how much he loves the sport. I'll be spending Saturday watching the playoffs. Next time I order a fight on PPV it'll be Boots-Vergil.

Dalton is a decent fighter but Matias is a known quantity at this point. Dalton has to answer a few questions. He's always liked working at his own slow pace and never been under pressure in a fight. He has had everything his own way. Unless he can hurt Matias and slow him down, we will see him tested. Logic says Matias should be the side because he has less to prove. His toughness is also a known quantity. It would mean Dalton is super legit if he could hurt him enough to stop that swarming pace.
Will have to check this 1 out. Obviously there was a much more compelling sporting event on simultaneously!
What's weird is everyone (broadcasters) seems to think movement and defense is the way to beat Matias. But the evidence is clear that pushing him back and punching with him is the most effective strategy. Covering up and letting him tee off on you is not the right strategy. I'd considered putting money on Smith because he has heavy hands. But ultimately I did not pull the trigger. Wish I had.
