25 years since this fight took place. Although this was a battle of gatekeepers it was nonetheless an incredible Friday Night Fights war. 10 rounds of insane all action slugfest.
FNFs, BAD, those days are gone forever... Hard to be a fan on the same level anymore. The sport has become shit.
Being a fan was simple back in the day. Now you gotta have 500 channel subscriptions 10 streaming subscriptions and the product is shit in the end
Do you consider this the card of the year? August 29: Los Angeles (ProBoxTV) Lester Martinez vs. Luka Plantic, 12 rounds, for Martinez’s WBC interim super middleweight title Najee Lopez vs. Juan Carrillo, 10 rounds, light heavyweights Ramon Cardenas vs. Leonardo Carrillo, 10 rounds, junior featherweights Luis Torres Valenzuela vs. Jordan White, 10 rounds, lightweights Weljon Mindoro vs. Carlos Ocampo, 10 rounds, middleweights
Whether or not it is (not sure if you're being sarcastic or not), Probox TV has the same kind of competitive fights that FNF used to have (possibly even better). That's my point.
What a load of bullshit. I've watched more than enough ProBox to know that, no, the best they offer does not compare to the best Main Events on FNF.
i wasnt being sarcastic. thats gonna be a damn good card that ill probably attend. probox does pretty well for themselves putting on these cards independently without the backing of ESPN, building fighters and having excellent match making.
Ward-Augustus 1 and Ward-Gatti 1 are around the same level to me, as well as Robinson-Gatti 1. Robinson-Gatti 1 might actually be the best of them.
