Benn talked a good game. I'm no expert but I thought having to lose all that weight and muscle for the first time in four years, then putting it back on in such a short amount of time, between the weigh in and fight night, could not be good for your body and punch resistance. That seemed the case. Benn looked off from the start and his timing. There was such a gulf in speed between the two of them.

 

He looked fucking tiny in there. He has those Benn Bird legs.
