I train muay thai twice a week, I will start jogging 5 days/week, and 6 days/week I deliver newspapers, which is like a 2-3 hour walk.

Will I lose weight, even if I don't go on a diet?

How old are you? How far are you planning to jog each day? How far will you be walking on your own, and how far do you walk when you deliver papers?

Whoops, almost forgot about nutrition. If you eat like you regularly do, with no change in food amount or type, the extra activity will burn it off. If you eat better foods in smaller amounts but more often, you will stimulate your metabolism, and in the long run, that means you'll burn more calories which eventually leads to increased weightloss.

Yeah small frequent meals is the best, preferably with some protein with each one. Also try to get some good fat like oilly fish & olive oil, you'd be surprised how much much fat you'll lose adding that (be sure to take away calories in another area to account for it, preferably by eating less processed carbs).

Also, you'd really be better doing a couple of resistence sessions rather than 5 cardio. 3 cardio 2 resistence would be good, even if it's just push ups & chins ups.

PS - who picks the SHITEY SHITEY smilies on this board? I thought they couldn't get any worse, but low and behold....
