The importance of that fight was severely diminished with it being at 147...especially since even you thought Hatton's performance at the weight was comparable to that of a bum at another weight.

I don't really care about your personal opinion of Margarito or any other fighter.

Yeah, and Mayweather's no more of a junior middle than Hatton is, as well.

Hatton's CLEARLY had a More ACCOMPLISHED Career than Margarita...& Floyd HANDILY BEAT Hatton...

Hatton is a MUCH More Significant Win on a Resume than Margarita could EVER B...Even Margarita APOLOGISTS Can't Deny That...

Margarito was and is a more accomplished welterweight than Hatton, which is where the fight was.

That's correct - Margarito would also fuck up Hatton beyond recognition. This thread is stupid. It's ok if you don't like him, if he NEVER impressed you, then u need to find another sport.

Yeah, Margarito would be a huge favorite to beat Hatton.

    It's all inconsequential, anyways.

The fight was made solely because the people involved knew that Britain would invade Las Vegas for a week.

Hatton will B Treated MUCH Better Historically, than Margarita...

It's Funny How U Keep Dwelling on Hatton as a WELTER, when it's NO Secret that Margarita is a Borderline MIDDLEWEIGHT Masquerading as a Welter...

What's up with you Royness? These days you seem to just turn up every now and then, make these obnoxious, twatty, German comments, then disappear again.

    Boyfriend troubles?

Afraid to lose your job or something? Go fuck a cow that's what you do on a daily basis and I do that once you need to call me on it or what? :kick:

And i don't disappear - i am just a visitor here i have my own german forum i can't be here for you every hour... :slap:

@ REED - not that i'm aware of seriosly... :dunno:

It's just your not getting into a serios discussion over Floyd or Margarito. When someone says something against or in favor of the other you just take the opposition no matter what.

Margarito has a nice fanfriendly style and your negative view on him is basically just because some of his fans say Floyd ducks him...

Hatton will be treated as a junior welterweight who was out of place at 147, evidenced by his two moves down after struggling to beat Collazo (in a fight many had him losing, or winning by 1 point w/ a knockdown, and in which he took a decent amount of punishment late in the fight) and being dominated by Mayweather.

So, Margarito's status as a borderline middleweight makes him an easier fight at welterweight than Hatton?

By the way, I am self employed, a bit like you - the only difference being I am a professional developer and graphic artist - and you give handjobs to spectacled German businessmen in Mercedes :tease:

One thing for sure, Margarito would completely destroy Hatton at 147

I'ts funny how the "guy who beats Floyd" changes from time to time.

Not to long ago it was Margarito and with ARum's 8 mill offer somehow this guy out of nowhere was gonna beat Floyd.

Then it was Hatton and clowns were actually saying he had a better shot than Cotto because of his speed and style:laughing:

Since Floyd took care of him now is Cotto who Floyd is ducking because he is the guy who can beat him.

All are good fights to make but it sounds more like people wanna see Floyd lose at any cost and dont' care who does it.

I never really cared to see Floyd fight Oscar or Hatton. But they were money fights and any of those other guys at 147 would have taken those fights if offered to them.

For the record I have always thought Cotto would give Floyd the biggest challenge. I still do but No sense in saying Floyd is ducking him when Cotto himself refuses to ask for the fight. :dunno:

Like he hasn't already? How many guys do you think are lining up to fight a guy like Martinez, who is undefeated since forever and makes EVERYONE he fights look like complete and utter rubbish? It's why the guy has to travel to the hometowns of house fighters to kicks their asses.

Jesus, WTF is with you being so hard on Margarito anyway? I'm non-plused on the guy myself, but you seem to have some kind of personal distaste for him. Why?

i have just never thought as highly of him as anyone else... and his hype has grown incredibly ever sincce and i have never been on board.

i have only seen 4 of martinez' fights, he is not as good as his inflated record imo...

and what do you mean "like he hasn't already?" fought someone in response to my questioning his competition? he hasn't fought anyone. Roman? Stone? eh.

this is an unpopular opinion of mine but i have said it ever since i saw it in front off me - i didn't think margarita was an elite fighter when i saw him fight martinez and and still don't think he is an elite fighter.
