    How Do U Figure???:dunno:

After the Mir Loss, Lesnar's Gonna have to Fight on PPV UNDERCARDS for Awhile B 4 Headlining Again...& That's ASSuming he EVER Regains his Confidence....

Had the UFC Marketed him Right, he Could have HEADLINED 3-4 MORE PPV's (w/Stacked Undercards)& COMPETED w/Kimbo's Popularity Every Step of the Way...T-Shirts, Mainstream T.V. Appearances, Endorsements, Maybe a TUF Appearance Here or There...But Now that Lesnar's LOST, Everybody INSTANTLY Thinks of Frank Mir when they See him...

Granted, the UFC has Been BRILLIANTLY Marketed Overall, but REED Thinks they'd DEFINITELY Take a Kimbo Approach w/Lesnar, if they Could Do it Over Again...

REED BOWS to your MMA Knowledge,TFK, but U're UNDERestimating the Power of that "0" on Kimbo's Record...

Lesnar didn't headline his card. Sylvia\Nog did.

All it will take is a convincing win or 2, and Lesnar will be a huge draw. With the lack of talent in the UFC heavyweight division, he could easily be their marquee heavyweight for years to come.

He was signed to face Mark Coleman at UFC 87 in his home state of Minnesota, but as you can read in the thread I posted a few minutes ago, Coleman pulled out with an injury.

He's now set to fight the perinial contender 'TBA'.

He ain't successful yet. Everthing he's worked for could blow up in his face with just 1 bad loss. He'll be successful when he's fought and beaten the toughest fighters out there. Right now he hasn't even scratched the surface. Long way to go yet.

Kimbo is way to big for St-Pierre or Penn, it woudlnt be even close. And let's not assume that Lesnar is some kind of monster who would destroy guys like Thompson or Sanchez, he got 1 win over a scrub and a 60 seconds loss, he has some potential but so did a lot of scurbs who didn't achieve shit.

I take it you haven't seen 155 pound Genki Sudo beating Butterbean.

Penn would beat Kimbo, absolutely no doubt in my mind.

Come on dude. Kimbo ain't Butterbean. Bean is a turtle on his shell when he hits the ground. Kimbo is at least a physical presence to deal with at 255.

Time will tell, and I actually want Kimbo to get drilled. So I hope you guys are right. If so, eventually I'll get to see him get his ass kicked.

Kimbo's career is absolutely over if he is ever brutally exposed. Period.

Lesnar's done about as much as Kimbo. Let's see Kimbo in with Mir and see what happens. At least Lesnar won't be delusional like Kimbo will be after being fed bums for as long as they keep it up.

Trpl, I was a hater, but I've actually come to like Kimbo.

He can box a bit, and I like that he is actually serious about it. And his punching technique is actually pretty good, especially for MMA standards. And you have to admit, it's kind of cool that he's risen to fame from being a backyard brawler YouTube legend

But about Bean - he's shot now, but I would honestly take a prime Bean over Kimbo.

Bean demolished Thompson, let's see how Kimbo does against him before acting like he's bastly superior.

Butterface is actually more proven than Bean.

And a good 155 pound MMA fighter stopped Bean.

I would pick BJ to do the same. Kimbo has a chance of course, with his huge size advantage and better boxing, but I honestly feel BJ would be the safe bet.

Kimbo and Lesnar are being brought up with 2 different mindsets, the boxing mindset and the MMA mindset.

Kimbo is being brought up with the boxing mindset. Slowly raising his level of competition and letting him evolve.

Lesnar is being brought up with the MMA mindset. Feed him to the wolves and see what hes got. If hes legit he will stay.
This is a big reason why is is so rare to see the unblemished records like you see in boxing. Soo many good MMA fighters you see already have had a loss by their 10th pro fight. It just goes to show that they have seen stiff competition early in their careers.

I would too in a boxing match. But in an MMA fight, I'm not so sure.

Genki Sudo "beat" the Bean by running a track meet and avoiding contact at every opportunity, something he was able to do considering the ponderous nature of the Bean, Kimbo is 10 times more athletic than him and wouldn't imo fall to such shit.

Surely you don't think Kimbo would try to take Bean down? He would definitely stand and trade, that is what he does.

Did you see what Kimbo did when he faced a superior boxer in Mercer? He jammed his ass against the cage and choked him out. Anyone with half a brain would realize if you can get Bean off his feet, the fight is over.
