Overall, it was a pretty deceiving event, pretty much every fight was done in under a minute

I thought it was a quick stoppage until they were interviewing Edwards and showing him the video. He indicated that he didn't remember any of it. I guess he was more hurt than it looked.

 

Anyone else really get behind Rua kicking that dudes ass after the prefight exchange of words? Could a guy be more out-classed on the ground?

 

Indeed. For those that didn't see it, here is Nick interupting the post-fight interview with Noons to call him out for a rematch.. Good stuff. Great promotion for the rematch..

Diaz should get his rematch! It's not like Noons really stopped him, it was on cuts.

 

I agree, and I've seen fights continue with worse cuts.

However, I still think Diaz is a dick for the way he interupted K.J.'s post fight interview.

 

Diaz is a douche who got his ass beat by Noons the first time, and will get his ass beat again if they fight a second time.

Diaz is one of, if not the most overated fighter in MMA. But he's got a lot of fans because of his win over Gomi, and the fact that he is very outspoken about his pot smoking.

But he's still a douche who is nowhere near as good as he, or his legions of burnt fans think he is.
