CB Took 1 of the 1st Two Rounds Convincingly, but NOT Both of them...REED Can't Recall which Round Specifically... But N Another Round, CB was ROCKED a Couple Times w/Punches, even DROPPED & Ate Couple Nice Kicks to the Chest...Whenever they were STANDING, Amir was CLEARLY N Control... CB was Winning the 3rd Round N REED's Opinion, Until he TAPPED...It was a Good CLOSE Fight, but it's NOT Like Amir was Ever "OUT" of the Fight... REED:hammert:
Yep. I guarantee you CB won both the first and second on the actual judges cards and I agree. CB just did more.
I don't score rounds on takedowns alone. Once he got Amir down, he landed fuck all, Amir never looked in trouble. Who hurt who more? Amir hurt CB more, end of story, and landed more flush shots. CB evened it up with the takedowns, it was a close fight either way.
Who was in the hospital getting stiched up from a huge elbow after the fight? Amir was. Did you see his face? CB must have done something more than fuck all. ::
Amir beat him twice, with the same submission. Amir is the better fighter, who cares who won the first two rounds.
Amir got cut, so what? Guys like Hatton get cut all the time, it doesn't mean they took a massive beating. Amir hurt Cb more than vice versa, it was CB who looked like he might get taken out, not Amir.
im pretty impressed with amir, for a kickboxer his jitsu is pretty smooth he has good hips, hes able to put himself back into guard and maneuver himself into position for submission attempts, pretty impressive stuff id work on his wrestling skills, his ability to stuff takedown attempts and such
No shit.... Tommy Hearns looked good for 13 rounds against Leonard and busted him up good. Unfortunately all of that is moot since Leonard ended up winning the fight brutally. Plus, Amir's ability to stay calm and continue working when he's hurt or in a bad position just solidifies the fact that he is the better fighter of the two.
Of course, I'm not saying CB is a better fighter. I didn't even like the guy on the show. He's a cocky jackass. I was rooting for Amir to win.
