that is rubio for sure, as one of a few of us thatve met him

 

in short, he got outed on my home board. he's been trolling sites i've posted on for going on 6 years now. he's bragged numerous times about all the various fora he's trolled and gotten banned from. i figured there were some folks on said fora that would appreciate this.
