He always struck me as one of the few who could be slightly succesful in an actual sport like boxing. He can't take a punch though.
He'll probably begin with the same level of guy Tommy Zbikowski fought and then progress to the kinda guys Butterbean was fighting. It might not be a bad promotional venture though, as promoters seem to always want to find the next four round gate attraction. I doubt it progresses very far, though, but it's certainly a way for him to make some money outside the UFC.
Ricco Rodriguez is also going to be in the boxing ring this month...though it'll be his second pro fight.
Ricco's the perfect fit for the modern day fat slob heavyweights. That guy has really let himself go. I don't even think he trains anymore. He's on the James Toney training program.
