Yeah, that´s what Dougie said, because he was afaraid that Toney would snap, if he told the truth. He´s still not in shape, but Rahman is so washed-up, he might beat him. It will be an epic bout, the american equivalent to Sam vs. Vidoz.

 

I'll have to watch this one. Not many good fights out there in the division anyway. I hope both fighters can at least look semi-decent in there.

Honestly, I watched the sparring footage on Max and Toney looks quick and his reflexes look sharp.

 

I hope Rahman cracks that fucken back, and puts the little turd in hospital again. Rahman may not be a very good fighter, but he knows how to deal with that illegal shoulder roll shit, war Rahman, go for it son.

Indeed. The guy looked like a complete POS against Zuri Lawrence which was televised on Versus. Lawrence was very competitive until stopped in the last round of the fight... Not sure how it was scored but I personally thought Zuri was ahead at the time of stoppage. Horrendous performance by Hasim :bangh:

I find it hysterical that Toney can show up with tits and a pot belly, yet still be APPLAUDED for showing up lighter than for any fight since he beat Holyfield.

But those tears of laughter will be tears for real when I'm up tonight, forced to cover this POS show.

Exactly. Not everyone can have the physique of a Mayweather or Bruno, but no boxer should be applauded when he enters the weigh-in looking like this.

 

After all these years of fans dying to see James hit the 220s it's funny that by the time he does it no one cares.

It was probably the worst, least entertaining fight I've ever seen live. Absolutely pathetic...they deserved suspensions with or without postive tests.

 

I was real close to going to that fight but ended up not going. Thank god.
