Like the Cintron fight, Margarito starts at a faster pace, but Cotto's shorter and more accurate punches win him the early rounds.

Despite getting hit by clean/hard shots from Cotto, Margarito is never swayed and continues his high output, aggressive style, wearing Cotto down in the mid to late rounds.

Like the Shane fight, Cotto tries to box, but Margarito's sheer aggression wins him the later rounds.

The judges feel that Cotto banked enough rounds with his sharper/cleaner punches and award him a 115-113 type decision, despite a large portion of viewers giving it to Margarito based on his aggression.

Cotto UD, BUT the fight will be close and competitive enough where cases can be made for either fighter winning the fight

Margarito will start quickly (learning his lesson from the Williams fight) and not let Cotto get into a rhythm. Cotto will still be effective but he'll be eating uppercuts and not be able to stop Tony's momentum. Tony starts to wear him down by round six and then the Cintron style beating begins. Uppercuts, crosses, non stop punches from Tony. Until finally Cotto slumps to the canvas, a beaten fighter. :bears:

Even though I'm picking Cotto to stop Margarito by the 11th round it's hard to imagine Margarito go down! I have never seen him hurt. Only time I ever seen him get stunned was by Daniel Santos @154 and fightnight Santos was @160+. I cant wait!

I have to say I'm really suprised here!!

I have been a margarito fan for a long time.. and only recently started appreciating Cotto..
