Watch. If Mora beats Forrest again on Sept 13, I'm almost positive he'll get the Dec 6th assignment. If Forrest wins, it'll be DLH-Mosley III.

In a perfect world, Forrest will beat Mora, and Mayorga will upset Shane. That would leave Oscar TOTALLY fucked, and he'd probably just scrap Dec 6th and retire.

You're prob right. Oscar wants to go out with a win, and Shane is to Oscar what Hakeem The Dream was to David Robinson.

    It'll be Mora.

    Mora before Trinidad?

I still think there's a decent chance DLH-Hatton happens next Cinco de Mayo as a cash out fight for both.

Mora is fighting Sep. 13. I seriously doubt he will fight Oscar on Dec. 6. Not enough time, unless he blows Forrest out, but he's going to lose anyway.

I honestly believe in my heart Oscar doesn't care whether he wins or loses this next fight. He's just looking for an easy sparring match like he got against Floyd that will give him his final cashout before he retires. This is the real reason guys like Cotto, Margarito, Williams, and Clottey won't be on his radar whatsoever. Hell Oscar may as well just offer Judah 500 grand, put it on PPV and take his win and get the fuck out. I for one won't watch, won't care, and won't miss him when he's gone.

He's barely a 154lber and he's calling out 135 and 140lb guys? Oscar's game is so clear I can't believe he isn't taking more heat for this. All he's trying to do is cashout on his stupid dick riding fans who are dumb enough to clunk down money on any PPV that he slaps his name on.

Mora is too much of a challenge to oscared, he's like a pedophile looking for kids: Forbes, Pacquiao....who's next? Ivan Calderon? 70-30 was the proposed purse for Pacquiao, that's some honest bullshit in there...

Manny should have taken it. It would have still probably ended up being a $15+ million payday for him. Where else is he going to make that in under 5 years worth of fights? :dunno:

That's true but I doubt that the 30% was that high, with PPV% MAYBE.

He's done fighting the Morales's and Barrera's of the world and even those guys didn't come close to comparing as far a paydays go. Seriously, who's left that's going to give him a huge payday?

Also you break it down into several smaller fights and his expenses are going to go up dramatically to

$15 Mill is a conservative estimate to, IMO. As much as I hate this fight it would be huge on PPV. Judging by the numbers tossed around in the Mayweather vs. Dela and Hatton fights Manny could easily retire if he wanted to after an Oscar fight and never box again.

Yeah this is all true and that is likely the reasoning Oscar is using to lowball Pac. Pac knows it's a lowball and is holding out for a better offer and I really don't blame him. This offer is disrespectful, especially when Pac is the one who's really in danger of getting hurt or ruined.

He supposedly got $3 million for Diaz. He got something above that for Marquez, a fight which could bring in more the next time around.

It won't take 5 years to make that money.

A Hatton fight is still possible, that could bring a nice pay day and he wouldn't taking nearly the same risk as he would against DLH, IMO.
