And yes it is all true. Tyson's handspeed and footspeed was phenominal, as was his head movement which he studied from the greats. Also... Tyson was smart as shit. That often gets overlooked.

As I see it Tyson would have every reason to be scared of Lewis. Lewis was bigger and could use his skills just as Tyson could use his.... i.e. deliberately. Bowe for example, was one dimensional, so was Ruddock... they were good but one dimensional. So way Holyfield. Most guys were actually.

Both Tyson and Lewis imo were different in that they were deliberate and conscious of developing a style and strategy. With Lewis this was not obvious but a lot of smart people thought so much. Bottom line is that both guys were a cut above.

Tyson's win over Seldon was one of the biggest disgraces in the history of boxing in ppv world title fights. His ear bite of holyfield ranks the highest and damaged the sport's rep beyond repair. The Norris fight was also crap. The Ruddock I fight was another case of corruption in the sport with a paid off referee. Most of his fights saw the crowd throwing sh*t at Tyson or booing Tyson when he left the ring almost everytime. Cause he was a con-man, taking advantage of the public by ripping them off time and again.
