check your cal intake.. dont drop it TOO low or your body will hold weight.. turn up the cardio... add sprinting
How can lowering my cal intake make my body hold weight? A major part of my exercise is cardio but I guess I'm going to have to crank it up.
thing is.. if you go TOO low on cals.. your body will try to hold on to weight.. it is a survival mechinisim.. if your body feels it is in starvation.. it wont allow you to lose weight.. so you have to eat enough to be able to lose.. but not so much that you gain.. just a slight reduction plus cardio WILL do it.. if you go too drastic you'll hold weight
