    Oscar again taking the coward's way out. EMBARASSING. I don't see how even Double L could defend this.

    You underestimate Double.
    He always finds ways to defend the cowardly and most despicable actions of the guys like ODLH, Castillo, Margarito, etc....

    You know what I could see this fight taking place if pacman was let's say Chico's height. Kinda like when Pavlik was talking about fighting Williams. Once could say well damn they are about the same height and Williams has a longer reach. But fuck Pacman is what 5'4" maybe 5'5". What is he going to have on DLH speed and that's it. Hell people say that he won't run. Once he gets hit by the much bigger fighter that tough guy shit is gonna go out the window. Not to mention Pacman may not have the edge in speed once he gains all that weight not to mention DLH is gonna be way bigger then 147 come fight night. Bullshit fight all the way around. I'll Holla 5000

    "I am older, I'm bigger and he's younger and the pound-for-pound champion. But when people started saying, 'Manny can beat you, Manny can knock you out' and Freddie Roach started saying, 'Oscar can't pull the trigger any more,' it started to become a challenge to me. And now, it is very personal, especially when Manny Pacquiao beats all the legendary Mexican fighters. To me, it's a challenge, especially because people are talking that Manny Pacquiao can beat me. We'll see Dec. 6."

    Delahoya should be ashamed of himself. I still can't believe this is actually happening. Maybe Delahoya will challenge Calderon next.

    Wait until they threaten to take away Iole's ringside pass. I give it 3 days before he writes a non-disparing article on the fight on how it's good for boxing despite of yada yada.

    Fast?
    Loose?
    Overweight?
    Young?

    I just read a quote from De La Hoya from another site;

    "This is the strongest, fastest southpaw fighter I have ever faced!"

    What's funny is that people claim that Hatton was too small for PBF when that was only 7lbs. DLH should be assassinated for this shit. I'll Holla 5000

    the two biggest draws of the last 10 years facing each other.

    it won't. pacquaio is a nice guy and a great little fighter but he doesn't have much of a personality to pitch a fight and not as many boxing fans expect him to win as were picking delahoya over mayweather. not to mention delahoya was coming off a more impressive victory over mayorga prior to the mayweather fight.

    Yeah, a lot of people were split on the Oscar Floyd fight, and then of course a lot of people tuned in JUST in the hope that Floyd would be beaten.

    Now with this fight, I can't see too many people outside of the Phillipines or mental institutions picking Pacquiao to win.

    Pacquiao IS very popular, even in the west, but most boxing fans are going to know this is a bullshit fight, so the PPV numbers won't be anything special, especially for a De La Lovesongs fight.

    This fight will do better numbers than any ODLH fight except his fight with Mayweather. It could be close with the Trinidad fight. It will do over 1 million for sure, maybe as high as 1.5 million. I have noticed this fight getting attention in other places where boxing don't get attention usually.
