In a non title 10 round fight against Andy Kolle (17-1, 12 KOs). Why is he doing this? I think he knows his son Margarito won't fight him again and is testing the waters to see how he feels at MW. If he can't get the fight with Tony theres nothing left for him at welter. But once he goes to 160 I hope he doesn't plan to come back down, that doesnt seem to work to well.

This is just a fight to keep his name in the picture and make sure nobody forgets.

There was a thread started about this like a week ago. Mitchell Kane has everything covered like mayo on a white boy's toast, brother.

How is there nothing left for Williams at 147? :lol:Sure he beat Margarito but besides that the only decent fighter he went against was Quintana who he split 2 fights with. Am I missing something?

I don't mean he whipped out the div ...He could still fight a Citron, Mosely, Clottey, or Berto i guess. Maybe he figures why wait around when he could move up and challenge Pavlik or Oscar, both names have been linked to him recently, maybe he thinks they'll eventually pan out.

fuck man, I'm tired of this hopping around weight divisions. fight santos, dzindurungulungung, margarita, clottey, fuck!! what the hell the middleweight division has to offer? plus we need the talent down at 147 lbs, it makes for more exciting fights.
