Agreed, I think Forrest loses to both of them. The problem with Machida is he like the Floyd mayweather of MMA. Not in terms of talent but in terms of how damn boring his fights are. He's got the safety first style that isn't fan friendly. Given enough time, he'll get his shot though. As long as he keeps winning he can't be denied forever.

Griffin has a good shot against Evans. Evans cardio isn't all that good.

He's showed no signs of that since moving down to 205,he's looked very strong down the stretch, hell he outhustled Tito Ortiz and he's one of the hardest workers in the sport.

There are Floyd fans so why not? Machida has the same safety first mentality. The guy is very talented, just boring as all hell.

Now that the Machida fight has been scrapped from UFC 89, and they're looking to find him a new opponent for a later date, I'd LOVE to see him in a rematch against Rich Franklin.

I didn't miss no point. Floyds a legend. Machida claim to fame is beating a washed up Tito Ortiz.

When Machida does 2.4 million buys or beats somebody worth a damn let me know.

Yes you did. Let me clear it up. Machida, like Floyd is a boring safety first fighter. Talented, but boring.

False. But whatever, you seem to like MMA more than boxing anyway... I doubt you would appreciate good boxing skills. You want blood and quick endings in a cage. That's cool.

Come on steve, Floyd is boring as f*ck. One of the most boring guys ever! His performance against Baldomir almost killed the sport. LOL! It ain't normal to have fans heading for the exits with 3-4 rounds still left in the fight.

Personally I think Machida's style is unique in MMA and far from boring. Sure he doesn't mindlessly engage at every opportunity. But when the guys strikes, he's got power and accuracy with his punches and kicks.\

Even in a fight like the Ortiz bout which seemed dull and uneventful, he really managed to inflict some damage on Tito.

But I would never call his brutalization of guys like Franklin, Bonner or Sokoudjou boring.

I guess it's a matter of taste, but I'd pay to see Machida fight much as I paid to see the likes of Whitaker or Starling fight.

Not all of his fights are boring, that is true. He's very elusive, I'll just put it that way. I'm not saying I don't like him as a fighter, I do. I think he's got a very bright future ahead of him. If only he could get a title shot. He'd certainly beat Forrest.

Jeez. Even still, people continue to underestimate Forrest Griffin. How much more does Griffin have to prove himself? He arguably beat Ortiz, he choked out Shogun, he beat Jackson. What more does he have to do? I'd never underestimate Griffin again. He's a big mofo at 205 with a lot of stamina.

Yeah, but Griffin was on the Ultimate Fighter, so he's gotta suck.
