Holmes was the larger, stronger, faster and better-moving fighter. Sure Holmes did have trouble with guys whose jab culd match his (and Louis had a great one) and sure Louis usually did find a way to win, but even so, I can't see any other option than Holmes winning and probably quite comfortably at that
Holmes would frustrated Lennox to a UD. It would be a boring fight after a few early exchanges. Lennox would be worse than Ruiz in this fight.
I can see Louis landing something early on the inside that drops Larry. But as Larry typically did, he would get up and get back to work. Louis would end up not having an answer for Holmes' long and potent jab. Larry would dizzy him with the jab for 5-6 rounds before the big right would start to follow it. A bloody and swollen Louis wouldn't be able to answer the bell for the 10th.
