Bashing his head into the opponent's face who was literally unconscious? This must have been while he was under heavy fire with Hillary and Chelsea after landing in an airplane.
Except my statement made sense. Hillary misremembered the incident just as McCain doesn't have a friggin clue what he is talking about with someone "headbutting an opponent multiple times who was literally unconscious." http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/art...s-Hillarys-claim-ran-sniper-shots-Bosnia.html
McCain was on Mike and Mike this morning. Twice the subject of boxing came up, and between the two references he barely uttered one sentence about the sport - that fighters are the most exploited of all athletes. Didn't follow up on it, though perhaps due to time constraints - he wasted quite a bit of it instead discussing Ted Williams' days as a Marine reserve pilot.
true but he's passionate about reform and it's just another example of how he's different than his opponent. Cupey
see, that's what i was hoping for this morning. the one thing i dont like about Mike & Mike is that they almost never talk about boxing. Here they twice gave McCain a chance to spit his knowledge, and he balked on both occassions.
He probably forgot the question. I mean the guy can't differentiate between Latin American countries and Spain so that's a reasonable assumption right?
Not for nothing, but geography isnt the best subject for an avid Barack "57 states" Obama supporter to raise up ::
Teddy Atlas is passionate about reform in the same wrong way, too. This is why if McCain is elected, we will all be better off if he keeps his fake conservative paws off of boxing.
What do you expect, our current Republican president didn't know Brazil had black people. We love electing dummies because they represent most of America. Being smart is a bad thing when it comes to American politics. Obama taught law at Harvard so that disqualifies him more than being part black does. If McCain gets elected there's a good chance that some dunce bimbo hockey mom will be the first female president.
If McCain gets elected, is he even going to have much time to work on boxing reform with all these other issues?
nope... and he even said that regardless of whatever bills would be passed that he believes in as little intervention as possible from the government when it comes to sport. Bottom line: more of the same.
That's what he is saying now. McCain is a meddler which is why I do not like him and which is why others who think politicians can be trusted to interfere in sports should like him...regardless of what he's spouting these days
I always laughed when McCain was talking about a national comission for boxing. It was never going to happen and it never will.
John McCain can suck my cock. Anyone who would listen to what he says about ANYTHING, is a loser. Fuck John McCain and everyone who supports him.:kidcool:
