McCain was on Mike and Mike this morning. Twice the subject of boxing came up, and between the two references he barely uttered one sentence about the sport - that fighters are the most exploited of all athletes. Didn't follow up on it, though perhaps due to time constraints - he wasted quite a bit of it instead discussing Ted Williams' days as a Marine reserve pilot.

see, that's what i was hoping for this morning. the one thing i dont like about Mike & Mike is that they almost never talk about boxing. Here they twice gave McCain a chance to spit his knowledge, and he balked on both occassions.

What do you expect, our current Republican president didn't know Brazil had black people. We love electing dummies because they represent most of America. Being smart is a bad thing when it comes to American politics. Obama taught law at Harvard so that disqualifies him more than being part black does.
