That may just save me $50.

Sorry, I got mixed up. Wasn't Mares fighting Penalosa on the DLH/Pac undercard? Or did he have both fights scheduled? A torn retina probably means both fights are off. Damn, I was really looking forward to Mares/Penalosa.

Scratch what I said above, this fight wouldn't make or break whether or not I buy. I just can't pay for a Hopkins fight.

Glad I won't be paying for this. If Hopkins is on thecard, they should have Isie/Marquez 3 on the undercard and margarito/mosely.

The only decent thing about it is that at least with Rubio-Ornelas it shouldn't be as boring as it is pathetic.

you know what though, the last few times the undercards were low on big names and looked shitty on paper, they turned out great, so we'll see

 

Mares is the #1 contender and mandatory challenger for Penalosa's belt. It was being planned for the card, but now that he's out for the rest of the year, it's off but Penalosa is still planned for the undercard.
