If we're talking the 92 Bowe, then Vitali would get his robotic ass whupped. All the success Lummox had on the inside against Vitali with the uppercut. Bowe's uppercut was every bit as good, if not better. Bowe would force a pace that Vitali just wouldnt able to handle, and Bowe's jab would destroy Vitali's face. Bowe TKO 8.
Vitali would have stopped Bowe late after trailing on points. Bowe was a bully...he picked on older/washed up and or smaller fighters. A prime Bowe BARELY beat washed up tony tubbs. He'd be ahead of Vitali because he's a better technician...but Vitali is tougher, stronger and will wear him down and stop him in about 10 rounds.
The difference is that Bowe would have never landed the punches Lewis did. Bowe was easy to hit and Vitali would stop him from coming long before Bowe had the chance to land his combinations which were good. Entertaining fight but Vitali wins a commanding decision
Which proves that a Prime Tyson is also underrated...because he wiped Tubbs out in two short rounds! :hammert:
:::: yeah... the guy who after Razor Rudduck pulled out of a fight.. fought CHRIS BYRD on short notice and QUIT after the 9th cuz his little shoulder hurt! LOL!! Byrd made him quit cuz he busted up his German engineered shoulder:shit:
Vitali would beat guys that beat Tyson...but he wouldn't actually beat a prime Tyson. I don't think Tyson would have stopped him....but he would have certainly won the decision.
So you're saying that Quitali would beat a prime Holy, and Lummox? Whats your obession with the Klit boys Sly?
Bowe is so overrated it makes me sick. Vitali would beat Bowe any Bowe. Some of you probably never saw Bowe fight ever. The guy fought no one until Holyfield who was much smaller. He went life and death with people Tyson raped. He got destroyed when he fought the first talented big man he ever fought. Vitali is far better than Golota and Jorge Luis Gonzalez. Vitali by UD or Bowe quits late.
I agree. I like Bowe a lot more than you do, but Vitali was a better fight. I like him to stop Bowe late.
Bowe had a ton of natural talent. He could throw amazing combinations for a HW and was tremendous on the inside for a big HW. But let's be honest, Bowe was a lazy fuck that rarely trained half as much as he should have. He used to drive Eddie Futch nuts with his lack of focus. My guess is he would collapse when pressed by equally big HW's like Lewis, Vitali or Wlad. Showing resolve and heart against a relatively small HW like Evander is one thing, but having the heart (and chin) to trade bombs with monsters like Lewis and the Klits is something different. I don't like a prime Bowe's chances at all with Vitali.
Wlad? When in the fuck has Wlad EVER been tested by a big, prime, talented heavy that actually hits back? If Lamon Bumster, and Golfer Sanders can starch Wlad, why cant Bowe?
I'm not saying Bowe couldn't starch Wlad. I'm saying that I don't think that would be the most likely outcome. Bowe clearly had the talent to compete with any HW that ever lived. However, he did not have the focus or work ethic to do the same. Do you really think Bowe had the heart to make it through what Brewster did against Wlad? Remember this is the same Riddick Bowe that almost cried when Lennox hit him while wearing headgear.
you being right about something isn't pattern, its an anomaly. Ike and SD have good takes on things the majority of time. There is a difference, Zenyatta
I'm assuming that's another famous horse....like secretariat and the other names you've been giving me. You need to grow up and/or find new material...
doesn't get much newer than a 2-year old Filly poised to make a run at an undefeated season at the Breeders Cup. I wish you well:bears:
Wlad? You need to get your head examined. Bowe blows but he'd knock out Wlad. Wlad is not good. He would not ever beat a talented (although overrated) guy with a decent chin. Bowe kayos Wlad 1000 out of 1000 times.
Like usual, you let bias ruin your judgement. Your talking about a Riddick Bowe that, at 29 years old when most fighters are in their prime, was brutalized for 16 rounds against Andrew Golota. It takes more than talent. Bowe didn't have the heart or work ethic to stand in with Lewis, Wlad or Vitali.
