    I'd say Roy..

    Bernard is a master.. he takes away people's weapons.. and he is slick and cagey..

    trouble for him.. even now.. Roy is ridiculously fast.. he'd be able to pose, posture and land a shot here and there.. it'd prolly be a boring fight with a lot of posing going on..
