All true....but bear in mind Tito's so plodding & clumsy he would make Ben Tackie look like Ray Leonard. Roy is 100 years old, dont let that fight fool you

 

I don't know about Roy's power at this stage.

He can probably drop and hurt Calzaghe if he lands a beautiful, picturesque combo like he did against Hanshaw, but what are the chances of him landing a 3 punch combo that precise against him?

It seems like a lot of the snap is gone in Roy's punches. Often against Trinidad, with that right hand, it was like he was just pushing the punch and it lacked the snap and power of his younger days.

 

you know.. even though I'm a Roy fan.. this is what I hate about him..

it's not IMO that he does not have the power or the ability.. but its that he does just enough.. he does not have that crazy drive like some..

it's why I'm a big fan of Shane mosley..

he trys and trys and he trys to KO people up to the end..

Roy vs Tito.. I truely truely believe Roy could have stopped Tito at ANY POINT in that fight!

I hate that about Roy!!!

I do think he'll beat Slappy though.. just style wise I think he can cause Slappy trouble and he IMO is still the sharper puncher and faster (on a one, two shot basis)
