Well, I havent even clicked on that link actually, but if Hopkins is doing something good or charitable for a couple of minutes,.. so what?.. Here's an idea: why don't you actually learn what you're talking about before you talk about it? Those of us who read the story were thinking about the kid and what he went through. It's not a story that focuses on Hopkins the Samaritan so much as it focuses on his relationship with the kid. True, it talks about a few of the nice things that Hopkins did, but that is peripheral to the kid's struggle with cancer and the difficulty it brought to his life.


Try reading it before you comment on it because you're making yourself look like an idiot.

"I like Hopkins he's a good guy masquerading behind a street thug"..or something along those lines,.. therefore, that's evidence enough to launch the typical anti-Hopkins tirade, and as you've indicated, the article does indeed describe Hopkins in parts as more or less a beautiful soul.

On the avatar, ...well ofcourse it's art, and you know precisely what he is,.. so this demon is looking up at the heavens, snarking about what he's accomplished, vandalized god's earth, and caused a great portion of horror and misery to his most beloved creatures,... real monsters dont have scales, talons or horns,...but he gives off this feint auror of something supernatural, as I've never seen a more wicked looking human being, it's a definitive picture of a real monster, and on those merits, I believe it's a fascinating shot.

I found the story very sad and touching. I think Bernard was a good guy for the kid to have around for the transition he had to make to complete his journey.

Hopkins is a convicted felon and a liar. He did not turn his life around. There are not many people in this world that are convicted liars and Good Old Bhop is one of them.
