I (as you) hate Midget boxing as much as the next guy. But with Vic,you're almost guaranteed an enjoyable fight with a KO at the end.

My recent 2 flats have been bad luck. Basically both times I had to choose a place within days, so part bad luck, but more just having to rush.

I chose a newly done up flat, new and swanky etc, in a converted regency building.

I didn't know the area though and the road was fucked up, full of absolute scumbags. In 2 months I had 3 attempted burlgars climbing up the fire escape and trying to break in the back door. I had to shout at them.

The next flat was in a nice area that I know, but it was fucked up, it had a gas leak, damp problems etc. So I threatened them with legal action etc, and after 3 weeks they gave up, and gave all my money back, including agency fees.

Now I am going to take my time finding a suitable flat, I'm staying with family, so I don't have to make another rush decision.
