Daniel Aguillon KO'd died days later

Super feather Daniel Aguillon and top Mexican prospect Alejandro Sanabrio were the main event in Mexico City's card on Oct 15th, he was declared brain dead and passed away on the 18th. He was 24 years old with a wife and 2 children.

Sorry to hear that, but in boxing, that's business.

Aguillon was trying to kill him as well, and that is why professional boxing is the toughest racket in the world to make a buck at.

True Free,.. I think we all should conceed,.. that there are too many deaths in boxing below 140lbs,...it's time to do something, and ban these divisions to save lives.

From all accounts it was back and forth and close on the cards. Looking at boxrec it says Sanabria was down in the 4th, and Aguillon down in the 1st and 12th round.

Everyone needs to remember what Sugar Ray Robinson said to a reporter after the fatal Jimmy Doyle fight when Ray killed him.

The reporter asked Ray.."Did you mean to hurt Doyle?"

Ray's famous reply was "Mister, I'm in a hurting business!"

 

Saying he was trying to kill himself is completely different.
